Project Description
Optimization of maintenance for new objects on the Afsluitdijk (IDOV, KDOV, IKWZ, KKWZ, DVMR, NSM-SG and NSM-PG) for the coming 25 years. The goal is to develop a cost-saving yet sustainable maintenance strategy that maximizes availability and reliability.
- Development and optimization of risk-driven maintenance per object based on FMECA analyses
- Implementation of condition based maintenance and monitoring strategies
- Development of maintenance plans compliant with NEN2767
- Development of task plans, inspection checklists and work instructions
- Implementation of work orders and task plans in Maximo
- Monitoring of reliability, availability and maintenance costs
- Maintenance strategy focused on cost optimization for 25 years
